To-be-renovated shopping center in Little Rock

The East Roosevelt Shopping Center at 1000 E. Roosevelt Road has changed hands. The to-be-renovated shopping center was bought by LMS LLC, led by Tommy Lasiter, president of the Doyle Rogers Co.; Steve Strauss; and the Moses family of Moses Tucker Real Estate. The group bought the property from East Roosevelt Road Shopping Center LLC, led by Bruce Thalheimer and Bob Sherman for $650,000.

The shopping center is anchored by a Kroger store and will be getting another retailer for space previously occupied by Family Dollar. The center will get a new exterior and roof, as well.

Moses Tucker and the Doyle Rogers Co. will co-manage the center and handle the leasing.
