Moses Tucker Sells Its 100th Condo at River Marker Tower

Moses Tucker Real Estate sold its 100th condo at River Market Tower just before the New Year’s Day, achieving a company milestone and providing additional validation that the downtown residential market is strong. With the expertise of their listing agents Margaret Bell and Sarah Duke, Moses Tucker sold 18 new units at River Market Tower in 2015 and over $10 million in condo sales in the downtown market.

River Market Tower, located in the River Market District at the corner of 3rd and Rock, is a 200,000 square foot mixed-use development that includes Stratton’s Market and Dugan’s Pub on the ground floor. The property contains 132 units with amenities such as a swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, an urban garden, concierge service, fitness center, secure parking and the 20th floor River Room. A limited number of new condos are still available, including one last remaining shell space where a buyer can build out the condo of their dreams.

Margaret Bell reported that, since 2002, the residential team at MTRE has sold over 300 condos total — 73 condos at The Cliffs, 16 condos at the Arkansas Capital Commerce Center, 24 condos at the First Security Center, 20 condos at Rainwater Flats and 98 condos at the 300 Third Tower. The 100th sale at River Market Tower marks over $100 million in condo sales in downtown Little Rock since 2002.
