One-One-Two West Center Completes Renovations


Fayetteville, AR (August 30, 2018) — Newmark Moses Tucker Partners today announced the completion of renovations at the One-One-Two Building in downtown Fayetteville. A joint venture between Newmark Moses Tucker Partners and Specialized Real Estate Group. The total redevelopment costs were over $8 million dollars. The property is a 5 - 10 minute walk to Dickson Street and the University of Arkansas, adjacent to the Fayetteville Square and near the Block Street retail district, startup incubators, and the Fayetteville Farmers' Market.

Basement renovations include locker rooms with showers/bike storage and a common area patio shared by The Vault and Yoga Deza.
