Regions Center wins TOBY Award Building Exceeds 91% Occupancy

Newmark Moses Tucker Partners today announced the Regions Center is representing BOMA of Greater Little Rock in the Southwest Region TOBY Awards. The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) is the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in the commercial real estate industry. It recognizes quality in commercial buildings and rewards excellence in building management. All facets of a building's operations are evaluated during the competition, from community involvement to tenant relationships and site management. The Regions Center was the only building in Central Arkansas to be recognized this year and will go on to compete in the Southwest Region.

The 30-story Regions Center at Capitol and Broadway in downtown Little Rock opened in 1975 and contains approximately 613,000 square feet and a 639 space parking deck. Major office tenants include Regions Bank, the Friday Firm, Deloitte LLP, BKD CPAs and Wilson & Associates. Retail/Service tenants include Franke’s Cafeteria, Club Fit and Frederica Pharmacy. The Little Rock Club occupies the 30th floor with spectacular views of downtown.

The building has added 7 new tenants in the past 6 months and added 140,000 square feet of new or expanded tenants in the past 3 years. The occupancy in the building now exceeds 91%. New or expanded tenants include Deloitte LLP, Bradford Media dba 96.5 The Box Radio Station, the Women’s Foundation of Arkansas, TPC Payroll Company, Wilson Chandler Research, Revival Coffee and Massage Arkansas.

Newmark Moses Tucker Partners (NMTP) serves as the property manager and exclusive listing agent for the property. NMTP has an onsite staff of 5 at the building, including the property manager Tiffany Martin, her assistant and a maintenance staff.
