New Ownership and Management Announced at the Promenade at Chenal

Newmark Moses Tucker Partners announced today that The Promenade at Chenal is now under new ownership and the firm has been retained by the new owners to handle the property management and leasing. The transition will take place immediately.

Located at 17711 Chenal Parkway at the corner of Chenal Parkway and Rahling Road, The Promenade is a 300,000+ square foot open air lifestyle center. It opened in the spring of 2008 and was designed in a French Gothic style, replicating a nostalgic Main Street shopping district.

The new ownership group is committed to investing a considerable amount of funds to reinvigorate The Promenade at Chenal and bring to life the original vision for the project, while increasing the value of the property and the surrounding community. Newmark Moses Tucker Partners is already working with owners and potential tenants to bring several exciting new opportunities to the area.

The Promenade is home to a variety of national, regional and local merchants, some of which are one-of-a-kind in Arkansas, such as the AMC IMAX Theater. Retailers include Apple, J. Crew, Anthropologie, Nike, DSW, Warren’s, Athleta, Lululemon, Kendra Scott, Bath & Body Works, Justice, Cycle Bar, Belle & Blush, Blu Spero, Sleep Number, The Children’s Place, Evereve, Francesca’s, J. Jill, Victoria’s Secret, Gearhead Outfitters, AT&T, Verizon, GNC, Madewell, Q Clothier, Mattress Firm, Altar’d State and Healthy Hangout. Restaurants include A.W. Lin’s Asian Cuisine, Local Lime, Big Orange, Bravo! Cucina Italiana, Ya Ya’s Euro Bistro, Gandolfo’s New York Deli, McDonald’s, Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt and Maggie Moo’s Ice Cream.
