Iconic EJ Ball Building Sells for $10.5M

112 W. Center Street, Fayetteville, Arkansas

Little Rock, AR (April 2, 2021) — Newmark Moses Tucker Partners (“NMTP”) is pleased to announce the $10,500,000 sale of 112 W. Center St., Fayetteville, AR, formerly known as the EJ Ball Building. The 58,000 square-foot, 7-story building represents an important repositioning of an iconic building to more closely reflect downtown Fayetteville’s dynamic Innovation District. NMTP, alongside Specialized Real Estate Group, were responsible for the complete renovation, which included a modernized exterior, and extensive interior & building system upgrades. In addition to the repositioning of the property, NMTP has been responsible for stabilizing the property at 100% occupancy and will continue to lease and manage the property on behalf of new ownership.

“We can’t thank our partners and investors enough for their trust and commitment in this venture. Projects like this are a true testament of our firm’s mission statement and overall impact on the community.”, said Chris Moses, President & Chief Executive Officer of Newmark Moses Tucker Partners.
