The preeminent real estate firm unveils George Friedmann as its newest Partner.

Upon joining MTP in 2017, Friedmann quickly became an integral member of the firm, demonstrating an innovative, analytical and forward-thinking mindset. In his new role as Partner & Vice President of Development, Friedmann will support the enhancement of MTP’s strategic vision while also contributing to growth initiatives as the company maintains its status as the preeminent brokerage and development firm in the state of Arkansas. Friedmann joins existing Partners Chris Moses, Fletcher Hanson, Paul Esterer, John Martin, Jennifer Lester, Chris Monroe, Eric Nelson and Greyson Skokos in leading the commercial real estate firm under the guidance and experience of the company’s Board of Directors, co-chaired by Jimmy Moses and Rett Tucker. Since coming to MTP in 2017, Friedmann has assisted with over $300 million in commercial transactions and development projects, including but not limited to the active $36 million revitalization of The Historic Boyle Building in Downtown Little Rock and the $70 million multifamily development of The Resort at Rockwater, a soon-to-be luxury riverfront apartment community in North Little Rock.
